David Sanfey

As Non-Executive Director, David Sanfey brings
his 35+ years of experience in Strategy, Risk, Board issues, Corporate
Governance, Compliance and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) experience to
Longitude. As the former Senior Partner and Head of Corporate and Banking
with one of Ireland's largest law firms - A & L Goodbody – he was heavily
involved in all aspects of Corporate/Commercial Law including Intellectual
Property, Privacy, Tax, M & A etc., for TMT, Aviation, Cybercrime, Software,
Sports, Luxury/Consumer Brands and Lifesciences.
David also managed the US business out of A&L’s
New York office for four years,
assisting multinationals in establishing and scaling their operations in the
EU/Ireland as well as with their ongoing European strategy, business, legal
and tax issues.
Mr. Sanfey holds both a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) and a Bachelor
of Laws (LLB) from Trinity College Dublin.
